Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – The Directorate General of Tax (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) asks Taxpayers to re-upload documents needed as attachments to the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return that failed to upload the e-filing system
This request was made in connection with the development of the e-filing application on April 18, 2019, which caused CITR documents uploaded through e-filing on April 18 to May 10, 2019, to be unreadable by the DGT system.
Director of Public Service and Relations Counseling at the Directorate General of Tax, Ministry of Finance Hestu Yoga Saksama said the tax authority realized that the Annual Income Tax Return submitted through e-filing with the attached documents was not successfully uploaded by the system.
“We have sent an e-mail to the affected Taxpayers containing a notification to re-upload the CITR attachment documents,” he explained in an official announcement on Saturday (1/6/2019).
The Taxpayers who receive e-mails are expected to upload the document immediately before the time period stated on the e-mail that is, June 30, 2019.
In addition, Yoga also confirmed that the re-uploading of the attachment documents would not change the date of proof of receipt of the Annual Tax Return.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused and express our gratitude for the cooperation of the Taxpayers,” he said.
